The Good Reward Rules
Earning Points
Everyone on a Touchstone Essentials monthly subscription can earn reward points. You earn 2x points on the first three consecutive monthly AutoShip orders. Following the third AutoShip order, you earn 3x points on your monthly subscription.
Each Customer, Affiliate, or Affiliate Plus+ accumulates points on their own account. Points can only be earned on the primary subscription for the account and are not earned on any subscription where CV is assigned to another account.
For subscriptions in USD, CAD, or AUD, points are earned per $1 spent and every 500 points equals $10 in extra savings. For subscriptions in EUR, points are earned per €1 spent and every 500 points equals €10 in extra savings. For subscriptions in the UK, points are earned per £1 spent and every 500 points equals £10 in extra savings.
For subscriptions in HUF, points are earned per 300 Ft spent and every 500 points equals 3,000 Ft in extra savings. For subscriptions in Japan, points are earned per ¥150 spent and every 500 points equals ¥1,500 in extra savings. For all currencies and countries, points are calculated on the product price (subtotal, less any discounts) and not on sales tax or shipping.
Redeeming Points
Points are automatically set to apply savings. Once you reach 500 points, your savings will be automatically applied to your next subscription order. If you prefer to accumulate your points, you can deselect the auto-apply feature in your account. Log in to manage your subscription and point preferences.
Points cannot be transferred to another account or subscription. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Losing Points
If you cancel your AutoShip, all points on your account will be lost. If you reactivate your subscription within 14 calendar days of cancellation, your previous points will be reinstated. After 14+ days since cancellation, all previous points are permanently lost. New points may be earned with a new subscription.
Need to delay or skip your subscription without losing your points? No problem. Simply log in to manage your subscription. You can change your upcoming shipping date at any time. You can also easily skip a planned shipment, while keeping all your Good Reward Points in place.
